We are seeking a Front Office Executive to join our team in New Delhi, India. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present yourself in a professional manner.
- The ability to speak multiple languages is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with hotel reservation systems.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
- Responsible for the registration of guests, assigning rooms, and issuing room keys/cards.
- Ensure all guest accounts are created and maintained accurately.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Assist in the training and development of new front office staff as required.
Salary Information
We offer an attractive salary of ₹450,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This salary is based on national averages for similar roles in New Delhi, India.
