About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Hyatt Place Hampi. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences, efficient operations, and exceptional service delivery.
Job Summary
This role is ideal for individuals with prior experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity, who possess excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards and procedures.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, room assignments, and payments efficiently using Opera PMS.
- Oversee the handling of reservations, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in the Opera system.
- Monitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure readiness.
- Greet guests warmly and address their inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, fostering positive feedback and loyalty.
- Provide accurate information about the property, services, and local attractions.
- Utilize Opera PMS for efficient reservation management, room blocking, and guest profiles.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with Opera and escalate as needed.
- Stay updated on new features and updates in the Opera system to maximize its functionality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Opera Software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
What We Offer
