Hotel Front Desk Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Executive to join our team at Orion Group of Hotels in South Delhi.
This role involves welcoming and assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations efficiently and handling guest inquiries with high-quality service.
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and hotel management software is preferred. Additionally, you must be able to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹350,000 - ₹450,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
