Front Desk Receptionist

The Front Desk Receptionist role at TransPerfect requires a detail-oriented team player who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring participants' ID and documentation are in order before introducing them to moderators.
Contact and schedule participants via email and phone calls using online tools provided by the company. This includes verifying participant attendance and confirming project details. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for receiving and sending project-related shipments.
Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, acting as the first point of contact for visitors, and scheduling participants using common online tools. Additionally, the Front Desk Receptionist must have access to a laptop and be available for the duration of the project (2-6 weeks).

The successful candidate will work on-site in Noida, India, with a standard Monday – Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5:30pm. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, with professional/business-level fluency in both languages.
