Job Summary
Preferred Hotels & Resorts is seeking an experienced Implementation and Support Specialist to join our Central Services team in India. In this role, you will play a critical part in the successful implementation of hotel connectivity solutions and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation Support
- Provide technical support for hotel implementations, ensuring seamless integration with our Central Reservation System (CRS) and other distribution channels.
- Collaborate with our Database Services team and external partners to resolve implementation-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with hoteliers and CRS support teams to ensure timely resolution of implementation-related queries.
Project Management
Project Management
Create and manage project management cases in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to track project progress and ensure timely completion.
Customer Support
Customer Support
Provide exceptional support to our clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

Working Conditions
Working Conditions
This is a remote working role, with the possibility of transitioning to an office-based position in the future. You will be required to work a minimum of 4 hours per day in Hong Kong Standard Time, with additional evening hours in India to coordinate with our Chicago team.
