About the Role

  • We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient hotel management.
  • As Hotel Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising housekeeping teams, conducting regular room checklists, and maintaining equipment in proper condition.
  • You will also assist the Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members' attendance and performance, as well as reporting unusual behavior/activities on floors.
  • In addition, you will maintain a section floor report, replenish guest supplies, and ensure guests' requests are promptly attended to.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or diploma in hotel management required; 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity a must.
  • Excellent communication and customer contact skills essential.
  • Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
