**Job Title:** Banking Alliance Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Alliance Manager to build and manage strategic partnerships with banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating growth through data-driven approaches and a strong network in the banking and NBFC space.

The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, assess, and develop relationships with potential partners. This involves researching and analyzing partner strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives. The successful candidate will also negotiate agreements that align with our strategic objectives and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

This role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders, including product, legal, and compliance teams, to ensure that all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with our business goals. The Banking Alliance Manager will also drive growth and new initiatives by working closely with partners to identify joint opportunities and track progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in a highly analytical approach, preferably in the financial services space.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth through data-driven approaches.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
