We are seeking a skilled Strategic Partnership Development Lead to strengthen our partnerships network across Central India.

About the Role:

This role will focus on building and nurturing relationships with state tourism boards, attractions, and other key stakeholders. As a Strategic Partnership Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with domestic partners, including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with our strategic goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies, ensuring all deliverables are met.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent us in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
