Domestic Partnerships Coordinator Job

Thrillophilia is seeking an experienced Domestic Partnerships Coordinator to strengthen domestic partnerships across Central India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage strong relationships with domestic partners including state tourism boards, attractions, and hospitality brands.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Conduct partner meetings, present proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Lead discussions on contracts and agreements with tourism boards and state bodies; ensure all deliverables are aligned and achieved.
  • Work towards defined sales and partnership goals while identifying new opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Represent Thrillophilia in partner meetings, trade events, and roadshows across Central India.
  • Monitor tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.
Requirements:
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development (experience with state tourism boards or attractions strongly preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets.
  • Open to extensive travel across India and flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

As a Domestic Partnerships Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with domestic partners. This includes building trust-based relationships, negotiating terms, and finalizing agreements. You will also be responsible for monitoring tourism trends, competitor strategies, and partner developments to support decision-making and strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in partnerships, client relations, or business development. They will possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability.

They should have a demonstrated track record of meeting sales/partnership targets and be open to extensive travel across India. The candidate should also be flexible to work remotely when stationed at partner locations and self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
