Growth & Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our Business Development team in the role of Growth & Partnership Specialist.

Job Summary:
  • This position is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities in advertising, marketing, or digital industries.
  • The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, driving growth and revenue through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to craft effective pitches and proposals, leveraging market research and competitor analysis to drive growth.
  3. Built strong alliances with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.
  4. Manage the complete business development process from lead generation to closure, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business Development, Alliances, or Partnerships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills, with ability to think strategically and execute with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and target-focused individual with ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
  • Able to analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights to inform business decisions.
