Senior Manager - College Partnerships

We are seeking a Senior Manager - College Partnerships to build, manage and expand strategic partnerships with colleges, universities and educational institutions across India.

About the Role:

  • This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership and management skills to oversee the development of strategic partnerships with higher education institutions.
  • The successful candidate will have excellent relationship-building skills to establish trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
  • This role involves designing customized partnership models that align with our training and certification programs.
  • The candidate will be responsible for leading commercial negotiations, preparing proposals and finalizing Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) to ensure mutually beneficial terms.
  • The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of training programs at partner campuses.
  • The successful candidate will track partnership performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student enrollment, program completion rates and placement outcomes.
  • This position requires a strong focus on revenue generation and target achievement through effective pipeline management and conversion strategies.
  • The candidate will represent us at national and regional education fairs, skill development summits and industry conferences.
  • Maintaining market intelligence on trends in higher education, skill development policies, government initiatives and competitive offerings is also essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing or education.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to finalize MoUs.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with KPIs and data analysis to track partnership performance.
  • Ability to travel extensively within India.
