HR Business Partner

This role requires the ability to comprehend business and functional challenges, as well as drive HR activities such as employee engagement and relations, performance management, training development, retention, and compensation.
- The successful candidate will lead the implementation of corporate HR initiatives into the business to ensure alignment with organizational policies and processes.
- Overseeing end-to-end HR deliverables for operations and employee relations across the entire employee life cycle.
- Providing information and interpretation to employees regarding Human Resources policies, procedures, practices, and decisions.
- Liaising between management and employees by meeting regularly to resolve questions, concerns, issues, and escalations.
- Addressing attitudinal, behavioral, or disciplinary issues related to employees.
- Counseling employees on performance and behavior when necessary.
- Making recommendations on initiatives and policies to foster a progressive work culture.
- Collaborating with teams to develop guidelines and policies that support business, culture, and organizational philosophy.
- Working to improve employee engagement.
- Assisting in implementing the Strategic HR plan, projects, and initiatives to add value to both the business and its employees.
- Conducting exit interviews, analyzing the results, and working to resolve identified issues and patterns.
- Documenting skip/focus group discussions, employee feedback, and providing periodic analysis with recommendations to the business.
- Analyzing issues and trends (such as attrition and disengagement), recommending strategies, and taking ownership to implement desired changes.
