About the role

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support, ensuring legal compliance, managing employee relations, driving talent management, and implementing HR initiatives.

  • Ensure a high level of understanding and compliance within existing legislation.
  • Liaise with trade unions to maintain optimal relationships.
  • Manage talent-related processes at sites.
  • Coordinate with Site Operations and other HR COEs for implementing various HR initiatives.
  • Interact with clients to ensure full compliance and utilization of resources.
  • Provide HR guidance to sites.
  • Analyze employee trends and metrics, provide proactive measures, and ensure target achievements.
  • Resolve employee relations issues and improve work relationships and productivity.
  • Mitigate risk and ensure adherence to governance procedures and regulatory compliance (people-related).
  • Oversee/support hiring and partner with the TA team in hiring key roles based on business forecasts and onboarding/induction.
