About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Generalist
to join our team in Gurugram. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management processes. This position requires strong knowledge of HR practices and the ability to provide effective support across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Conduct onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Assist in training, development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Support payroll by managing monthly attendance and leave records.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
  • Facilitate performance appraisal and salary review processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace health, and safety regulations.
  • Develop, review, and update HR policies, processes, and SOPs.
  • Conduct workplace investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and handle terminations when required.
  • Provide HR guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, and Indian labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
