Job Title:

Sr. HR Business Partner

 

  • Purpose of the Role:
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results.
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on HR matters, including talent management, employee relations, compliance, and policy development.
  • Talent Management:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage succession planning, and conduct performance management.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Foster a positive work culture, address employee concerns, and manage employee relations to ensure fair and consistent practices.
  • Compliance and Policy:
  • Develop and update HR policies that align with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to all applicable laws.
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop competitive salary structures and benefits programs, identify training needs, and implement development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
