Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end HR processes, ensuring seamless global operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing HRIS systems, compliance, documentation, and reporting, as well as developing and implementing effective HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, HRIS, compliance, documentation, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee role changes, transfers, promotions, and internal postings.
  • Maintain role matrix and partner with leaders on mobility planning.
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems and generate reports on headcount, attrition, and movement.
  • Identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
  • Lead HR audits with proper documentation and ensure adherence to labor laws and policies.
  • Resolve escalated HR queries and manage employee requests related to policies and benefits.
  • Lead and develop the HR Ops team, fostering a culture of service, process excellence, and accountability.

  • Proven experience in HR operations management.
  • Expertise in HRIS systems and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
