Job Title

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR administrative support and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years experience in an HR support role and be proficient in MS office tools and report writing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inputting and amending employee data into the HR Management Information System (Horizon)
  • Employment contract drafting for new employees, amendments to contract for existing or transferring employees, setting up new joiner profiles, managing the Onboarding and offboarding of employees, absence and family leave management
  • Managing the HR service desk and various HR system platforms
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaboration Teamwork Technical Capability Delivery Adaptability Learning Proficient in MS office tools
  • Proficient in using HRIS tools such as Oracle Workday etc
  • Self-starter intrinsically motivated ability to work without close supervision
Qualifications
  • MBA HR Graduation Degree in any discipline
  • Excellent administrative and IT skills
