Senior Strategic Leader

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that align with our organization's overall business goals, driving success through effective talent management.
- Oversee workforce planning by anticipating future talent needs and developing strategies to address them, ensuring the organization remains competitive.
- Lead high-performing HR teams by managing and mentoring staff, guaranteeing efficient delivery of HR services.
- Advise senior leadership on HR-related matters, including organizational change and cultural transformation, providing expert guidance to inform strategic decisions.
Talent Management:
- Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and select top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for future growth.
- Implement succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles, promoting internal mobility and career advancement.
- Conduct performance management by implementing evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback, and supporting employee development, driving individual and team success.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work culture by implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement, promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns by investigating and resolving complaints in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring all employees feel heard and valued.
- Manage employee relations by handling investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and respectful workplace.
Compliance and Policy:
- Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies that align with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations by monitoring HR practices and implementing corrective actions as needed.
