Senior Strategic Leader

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Management:

  • Manage recruitment and selection processes to attract and select top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for future growth.
  • Implement succession planning by identifying and developing high-potential employees for future leadership roles, promoting internal mobility and career advancement.
  • Conduct performance management by implementing evaluation processes, providing constructive feedback, and supporting employee development, driving individual and team success.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work culture by implementing initiatives to improve employee morale and engagement, promoting a healthy and productive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns by investigating and resolving complaints in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring all employees feel heard and valued.
  • Manage employee relations by handling investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, maintaining a positive and respectful workplace.

Compliance and Policy:

  • Develop and maintain up-to-date HR policies that align with labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and minimizing risk.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations by monitoring HR practices and implementing corrective actions as needed.
