As a key member of the Maxonic team, you will play a pivotal role in setting up new appointments, providing weekly status reports, and conducting thorough research on target accounts.

About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is located out of Mohali, working on the US PST shift (9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. IST).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a minimum of 8-10 new qualified appointments per month.
  • Deliver weekly status reports to management detailing your progress.
  • Cultivate relationships with US-based prospects through daily emails and targeted calls.
  • Coordinate scheduling of face-to-face meetings for conferences and planned travel as requested by the Client Partner.
  • Prepare comprehensive Lead Handover Documents for all scheduled Meetings to facilitate effective client preparation.
  • Conduct extensive research on target accounts using reliable sources such as ZoomInfo, identifying key contacts and relevant information.
  • Analyze summaries of target companies and industry happenings/opportunities related to the MSP space.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong ability to present confidently in conversations.
  • Prior experience in calling MSP prospects and/or direct hiring managers is highly desirable.
  • Strong persuasive skills to effectively convince prospects to schedule meetings.
  • Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely follow-ups and meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter who excels in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • Driven by success and meeting goals, with a proven ability to implement sales strategies to gain new relationships and maintain/grow existing ones.
  • Ability to clearly articulate discussions and knowledge to their Client Partner, with a passion for documenting progress in Salesforce or other CRM mediums.
