At Nugen I.T Services, we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expansion of existing client relationships.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. They should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and establish competitive advantages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Procuring new clients: Through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Proposal writing: Creating compelling proposals that showcase our services and value proposition.
  • Maintaining existing client relationships: Building trust and ensuring that clients remain satisfied with our services.
  • Negotiating with clients: Securing the most attractive prices while maintaining mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Experience on Bidding portals: Leveraging platforms such as Upwork, Freelance, or Guru to expand our reach and secure new business opportunities.
  • Market analysis: Tracking market trends and establishing competitive advantages to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance tracking: Monitoring key metrics to ensure targets are hit and adjusting strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree: In a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Strong negotiation skills: The ability to effectively negotiate with clients and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience on Bidding portals: A proven track record of using platforms such as Upwork, Freelance, or Guru to secure new business opportunities.
