At BEGAWN IT Pvt. Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Client Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving company sales by sourcing new clients and convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings.

The ideal candidate should be resilient, empathic, and have excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption.

A successful Strategic Client Growth Specialist will attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele. They will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by BEGAWN IT Pvt. Ltd.
  • Procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure their retention.
  • Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
  • Craft business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
  • Equip staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
  • Review clients' feedback and implement necessary changes.
  • Stay in tune with trends in consumption to ensure our offerings remain relevant.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
