Strategic Business Growth Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Strategic Business Growth Associate to join our team at Maxonic. This full-time position is located in Mohali, India, and will involve working on US PST Shift 9:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. IST.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to set up new qualified appointments.
- Provide regular progress updates to management through weekly status reports.
- Conduct research on target companies using sources such as ZoomInfo to identify relevant individuals for outreach efforts.
- Develop comprehensive lead handover documents to support Client Partners in preparing for client calls.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Presents well in conversation both in person and over the phone.
- Experience calling MSP prospects and/or direct hiring managers.
- Strong persuasive skills to convince prospects to schedule meetings.
- Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills to ensure timely follow-ups.
- A self-starter who works well independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
