Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Webguruz Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through effective lead generation, client acquisition, and sales strategy implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to generate leads and drive revenue growth
  • Manage existing client relationships and acquire new clients through strategic networking and outreach efforts
  • Update and maintain a prospect database to track all prospecting activity and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Build and maintain a sales pipeline status to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop strategies for list building based on researching the target market and identifying key prospects
Requirements:
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Experience with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
