
International Sales Growth Manager

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving international sales and generating new leads. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual who can build long-term client relationships and support the Director in growth initiatives.
The role involves identifying, researching, and qualifying prospects across various industries, including accounting, outsourcing, and BPO. You will also be responsible for managing and growing the Director's LinkedIn presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Outreach
- Identify and qualify prospects through research and outreach efforts
- Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other freelance platforms
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in international business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Experience in the accounting, outsourcing, or BPO industry is preferred
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
