Job Description

This is a high-impact corporate role that drives growth and revenue across FX and derivative products.

  • Ensure business unit and revenue delivery as per plan, focusing on return on equity for the bank.
  • Increase market and wallet share of FX business for assigned customers.
  • Develop strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Focus on efficient fulfillment of all treasury transactions in adherence to bank processes and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive revenue growth in each segment of coverage.
  2. Maximize trade and FX wallet share of assigned customers.
  3. Grow derivative business in the given set of customers.
  4. Develop plans for driving revenues and growth amongst customers, evaluating segments for new business possibilities.
  5. Manage internal stakeholders, including relationship managers, credit risk officers, operations, and other units of treasury.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of FX and derivative products.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
