We are inviting experienced professionals to join our high-growth journey as a Zonal Head - Strategic Growth & Expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end business growth for assigned zones.
- Lead Franchise Development, B2B onboarding, and Export Channel partnerships.
- Build, lead, and manage a dynamic team.
- Identify and close strategic tie-ups with MSMEs, manufacturers, export houses, and global buyers.
- Plan, strategize, and execute regional and international expansion.
- Represent the company at business expos, investor meets, and international trade delegations.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in eCommerce, B2B Sales, Export, or Franchise Development.
- Proven track record in scaling business zones, driving revenue & market penetration.
- Strong network with MSMEs, manufacturers, and exporters.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India, GCC & Europe.
