Job Title: Market Lead/Sr. Market Lead

About the Role:

We are redefining private wealth for India's emerging high net worth individuals and seeking a dynamic, result-oriented market lead/senior market lead to spearhead business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand clients' financial needs and risk appetite, recommending suitable financial products from our array of offerings.
  • Provide expert financial advice and implement personalized financial planning recommendations for high net worth clients.
  • Monitor financial market trends to ensure client plans remain responsive to changing market conditions.
  • Drive asset under management/book size growth through strategic planning and execution.
  • Achieve targets based on acquisition and revenue generation through investment products.
  • Offer tailored investment advice to clients, aligning with their needs and risk profile, as well as our house views on various products and asset classes.
  • Conduct thorough financial analyses of clients to analyze key parameters including risk profile, asset allocation, investment horizon, and liquidity needs.
  • Customize portfolio proposals for clients by allocating client funds into products across fund, equity, and other asset classes.
  • Actively review and monitor clients' assets under management, making timely buy/sell/hold calls triggered by clients' preferred allocations.
  • Focus on asset under management growth and revenue generation from relationships with Shriram Wealth Management.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set out by relevant authorities.
