They will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B business development, sales, or client management, preferably in accounting or outsourcing services.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals, handling large accounts, and building trusted client relationships across international markets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and proposal tools.
  • Prior experience working with clients in Australia, New Zealand, US, UK, Canada, and Europe is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with accounting processes and terminology is a plus.
