Job Title: Business Development Specialist

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our organization. This individual will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Establish initial contact with potential clients to introduce our products/services and understand their business needs.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals that meet client requirements.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or similar client-facing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
