As a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud professional, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications. Your key responsibilities will include designing, configuring, and implementing OTL solutions, including Fast Formulas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.
  • Design and configure OTL solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Lead cross-functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing OTL solutions.
  • Collaborate with payroll, absence management, and other teams to align solutions with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive technical and functional documentation for project deliverables.
  • Stay current on the latest Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud features and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, with a strong focus on OTL (Time & Labor).
  • Hands-on expertise in Fast Formulas and OTL configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll, absence management, and related modules is highly desirable.
  • Experience in functional testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production support.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model and collaborate with global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
