Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant Expertise

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM consultant to join our team. As an Oracle HCM Cloud specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting the use of Oracle's cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software across various clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly Payroll and Talent Management modules
  • Experience with Fast Formula and Core HR components
  • Strong understanding of absence management and talent development processes
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and prioritize tasks effectively
