Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead with deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle, including expert working experience in Core HR & ORC Modules.

The successful candidate will have an in-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow. They will be able to map HCM business processes to Oracle Cloud functionality and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with SQL, OTBI / BIP / FRS reports, FBDI / ADFDI, HCM Extracts, HDL (HCM Data Loader), and BPM Workflows is a plus.

About the Role
  1. The candidate should have 8+ years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle.
  2. The candidate must have expert working experience in Core HR & ORC Modules.
  3. In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
  4. The candidate should have been in client-facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing, and go-live.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing and client management.
  6. Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to Project Manager.
  7. Assist in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex functional issues/problems.
  8. Interact with clients frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables.
