About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned HCM Solutions Specialist to join our team. This individual will possess in-depth expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, with a strong focus on payroll and time and labor functionalities, as well as proficiency in creating complex fast formulas.

The ideal candidate will have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Oracle HCM solutions that meet business needs and ensure data integrity and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  2. Design, implement, and maintain efficient Oracle Cloud HCM configurations.
  3. Provide exceptional support to internal customers by addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in payroll and time and labor modules.
  • Strong understanding of configuration options and ability to create complex fast formulas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
