Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HCM Cloud, Reporting, and Integration.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement HCM Cloud solutions using various tools and technologies

- Provide expert-level support for HCM Cloud applications, including Reporting, Conversions, and Integrations

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in HCM Applications with at least 3 end-to-end Implementation experience

- In-depth understanding of Data Model and Business process functionality and its data flow in HCM Cloud application and Oracle EBS

- Expert knowledge on Cloud HCM Reporting, Conversions, and Integrations

Qualifications:

- Engineering Graduation in any discipline or MCA Degree

- Strong experience with Fusion technologies including BI Publisher Reports, OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, HDL
