Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise in OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) and Benefits modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and should demonstrate solid functional and technical understanding of Oracle HCM suite.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in one or more full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, specifically focusing on OTL and Benefits modules.

- Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for OTL and Absence management.

- Design and deliver BI Publisher Reports within the HCM environment.

- Work on HCM Extracts and HDL (HCM Data Loader) as needed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to meet project goals.

Required Skills :

- 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on OTL and Benefits.

- Strong knowledge and development experience with Fast Formulas (OTL, Absence).

- Proficiency in BI Publisher for reporting within Oracle HCM.

- Working knowledge of HCM Extracts and HDL is a plus.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
