Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Security Consultant

Experience: 6+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate or up to 2 weeks

Location: PAN India

About the Opportunity

We are hiring for one of our top MNC clients, seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Security Consultant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in role-based access control, security configuration, and compliance within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM security (Role-Based Access Control).
- Create and manage job roles, duty roles, abstract roles, and data roles.
- Configure security profiles (person, position, organization, payroll).
- Implement function and data security to meet business and compliance requirements.
- Manage role provisioning rules and ensure appropriate user access.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and segregation of duties.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security-related access issues.
- Conduct security audits, compliance checks, and role cleanups.
- Work with HCM functional and technical teams for integrated solutions.
- Prepare and maintain security documentation and training materials.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Security setup and configuration.
- In-depth understanding of role design and security best practices.
- Knowledge of security profiles and HCM Data Role configuration.
- Familiarity with HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent.
- Experience with OTBI/BIP security.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
