We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional Consultant with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in the field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience and expertise in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Expertise in Process Flow, Set-up Knowledge, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM.
  • HCM Functional consultant should have experience in any 3 modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, or HR Help Desk.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Strong experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
  • Knowledge on SQL, Data Migration, and Customization.
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
  • Provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant role.
  • Experience in at least 3 HCM modules.
  • Technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools.
  • Strong experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
