We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in role-based access control, security configuration, and compliance within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM security (Role-Based Access Control) with precision.
  • Create and manage job roles, duty roles, abstract roles, and data roles for optimal performance.
  • Configure security profiles (person, position, organization, payroll) efficiently.
  • Implement function and data security to meet business requirements and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage role provisioning rules and provide users with appropriate access permissions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define security requirements and segregation of duties effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve security-related access issues promptly.
  • Conduct security audits, compliance checks, and role cleanups regularly.
  • Work closely with the HCM functional and technical teams for integrated solutions.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation and training materials.
Required Skills
  • Extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Security setup and configuration.
  • In-depth understanding of role design and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of security profiles and HCM Data Role configuration.
  • Familiarity with HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, and Talent.
  • Experience with OTBI/BIP security for data integration.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills for effective collaboration.
