Oracle HCM Cloud Expert Role

We seek a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules. The ideal candidate will have at least 6-8 years of expertise in implementing Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirement workshops to map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules
  • Ability to identify current processes and desired improvements
  • Develop complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports
  • Configure scenarios in relevant Cloud modules
  • Collaborate with small and large teams effectively

The chosen candidate will be responsible for configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, designing enhancements, and reviewing functional design specification documents. Strong understanding of business processes is essential.
