Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion HCM, with expertise in configuration, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Recruiting, Absence Management, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Performance, and Goal Management, learning modules.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business rules and personalized pages.
  • Conduct site testing, user acceptance testing, and provide post-go-live support.
  • Recreate business validations using Visual Builder Studio on Redwood UI.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional areas, including large-scale implementations.
  • Experience working on 2 or more end-to-end Fusion HCM implementation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functionality for various modules.
  • Good experience in BIP reporting, OTBI reporting, HCM Data Migration, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
