Job Title: HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist

As a seasoned professional in Human Capital Management, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding clients through the configuration and customization process.

With a strong background in cloud-based applications and experience working with global clients, you will excel in this role by providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements gathering and analysis to ensure seamless integration with existing systems
  • Configuration and customization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet client needs
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end project implementations
Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of experience in multiple end-to-end implementations, with at least 2 years each in Oracle Recruiting Cloud and Oracle Performance Management modules

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse client groups

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with Redwood pages in Talent Management modules
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and technical design
  • Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency a plus
