Job Opportunity: HCM Cloud Benefits Specialist

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our HCM Cloud implementation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configuring Core HR and Benefits modules in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Liaising with clients to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Providing end-user training and support
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
Essential Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in functional roles with Oracle Cloud HCM, with a total of 8+ years of experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, with expertise in Core HR and Benefits modules
  • Experience working on all phases of a project, including demos, workshops, requirement gathering, analysis, design, configuration, testing, validation, transition, realization, production support, etc.
  • Strong track record of delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement definition, and solution design
  • Experience with building detailed functional specification documents, test cases, and SIT and UAT testing
Desirable Skills:
  • Ability to conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions in Fusion applications
  • Effective analytical and organizational skills
  • Good command over spoken and written English
  • Ability to manage scope and customer expectations
