Oracle HCM Functional Consultant Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM) modules.

The ideal candidate will have strong business process knowledge and client-facing skills, as well as the ability to lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Time & Labor.

  • Gather and document business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules as per business needs
  • Work with technical teams to develop integrations, reports, and data conversions
  • Conduct testing: unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Provide post-production support and training to end-users
  • Work directly with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementations

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM)
  • Strong expertise in at least 2-3 HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, Time & Labor
  • Good understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Experience in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementation and post-go-live support
  • Ability to lead workshops, create functional specs, and manage timelines
