Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM consultant to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients implement scalable and cost-effective solutions tailored to their needs.



About the Role:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
  • Design end-to-end processes for Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Absence Management.
  • Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Oversee offshore development teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide consultation on Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.


Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and solution architecture.
  • Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS processes and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AI is a plus.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Certification(s) is highly preferred.
