Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud modules. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of business processes and strong client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, and Time & Labor.
  • Gather and document business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
  • Configure Oracle HCM modules according to business needs.
  • Work with technical teams to develop integrations, reports, and data conversions.
  • Conduct testing, including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Provide post-production support and training to end-users.
  • Work directly with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality implementations.
  • Stay updated on new Oracle HCM Cloud features and updates (quarterly releases).
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 37 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion HCM).
  • Strong expertise in at least 23 HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Compensation, and Time & Labor.
  • Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Strong client interaction and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in end-to-end HCM Cloud implementation and post-go-live support.
  • Ability to lead workshops, create functional specs, and manage timelines.
  • Oracle certification in HCM Cloud is a plus.
