Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud functional consultant to join our team at a leading organization.

This role involves designing and implementing complex enhancements, interfaces, and reports in Oracle HCM Cloud modules. As a Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Configuring scenarios in relevant Cloud modules and identifying as-is processes and to-be processes.
  • Conducting requirement workshops and mapping business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Builidng and reviewing functional design specification documents.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience with SME skill in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, or Talent modules.
  • A good understanding of business processes and ability to work with small and large teams.
  • Knowledge of different aspects of the life cycle of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.

Hybrid Work Arrangement:

This is a hybrid role requiring flexibility to work from anywhere, with availability to start immediately. The working hours will be from 11 am to 8 pm IST, Monday to Friday.
