We are seeking a seasoned Oracle HCM Cloud expert to join our team. This role involves implementing scalable solutions tailored to client needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing end-to-end processes, developing integration strategies, and providing technical guidance to team members. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and provide consultation on Oracle HCM capabilities.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle HCM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules and a strong understanding of HRIS processes and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions.
  • Design end-to-end processes for Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, and Absence Management.
  • Develop integration strategies with other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with onshore and client teams to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
  • Oversee offshore development teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Provide technical and functional guidance to the team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and solution architecture.
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and data migration tools.
  • Strong understanding of HRIS processes and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with Oracle AI is a plus.
