Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Expert

About the Role :

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Expert. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing in-depth support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Compensation and Benefits modules.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Apply strong functional experience in configuration and solution design within Oracle HCM Cloud, specifically for Benefits and Compensation.
  • Handle clients effectively on various fronts, including gathering requirements, proposing solutions, resolving support issues, and conducting demos.
  • Utilize good experience in creating detailed Requirements and Functional Design documents, and performing end-to-end Functional Testing.
  • Query the data for analysis and debugging purposes to support issue resolution.
  • Leverage a good understanding of HCM Business Processes to provide relevant and effective support.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Around 6 years of experience working specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM Support Projects.
  • Strong Functional Experience (Configuration & Solution) in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits and Compensation modules.
  • Good understanding of HCM Business Processes.
  • Proven experience in handling clients on requirements, solution design, support issues, and conducting demonstrations.
  • Solid experience in working on Requirements, Functional Design documents, and End-to-end Functional Testing.
  • Ability to query data for analysis/debugging purposes.
  • Strong communication and client interaction skills.
  • Active team player with a good attitude and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to learn quickly and deliver results efficiently.
