Job Description :Responsibilities :

  • Manage and optimize business processes related to Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll and Talent Management.
  • Provide expert consulting services to clients on Oracle HCM Fusion best practices.
  • Integrate Oracle HR and Applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll and Talent Management.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM Fusion features and updates.

Qualifications :

  • 10 years of experience in Core HR, Talent Management, and US Payroll Modules.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Fusion Payroll and Talent Management functionalities.
  • Proven experience in Business Process and Consulting.
  • Proficiency in Oracle HR and Oracle Applications.
  • Experience in integrating Oracle HR and Applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • Oracle HCM Fusion certification is a plus.
