**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation and configuration of the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module for Saudi Arabian clients. This role requires expertise in local labor laws and regulations, as well as experience with Oracle Payroll (Saudi) and Fast Formula.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure the Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll module to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Design, develop, and test complex Fast Formulas for payroll, absence management, and other business processes.
  • Provide expert functional and technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and optimize system performance.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant, with extensive experience in Oracle Payroll (Saudi) and a strong understanding of Saudi payroll rules, social insurance (GOSI), and end-of-service (EOS) calculations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll modules for clients.
  • Expertise in local labor laws and regulations, as well as experience with Oracle Payroll (Saudi) and Fast Formula.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
